- Over the operation of a six state area - Oversaw approximately 30 employees, 100 sub contractors, and 40 sales representatives - Oversaw the jobsite coordinators and their daily operations - Hold conferences and meetings in regards to the compliance of the Policies and Procedure Manual - Involved in all aspects of the contract bidding process - Implemented and incorporated the Quality Control - Created a small and large parts inventory that is used company wide for all aspects of Primestar and cable television installation - Inventories of pricing, purchasing, distributors, shipping, receiving, and costs - Regularly attend meetings with the owners and officers - Attend meetings with Primestar’s upper Management - Job costs - Regionally standing number one in the bottom line net percent for the last two years - Oversaw the operations of a four state area - Oversaw the work of approximately 40 employees and 75 subcontractors - Responsible for installations, construction, service calls, and Multi Dwelling Unit work - Invoicing and tracking of payments - New jobsite startup - Quality Control - Monthly and weekly reports - Weekly meetings with the CEO, Installation Supervisor, and the Construction Head - Responsible for the management and completion of the Fiber Optics build in Delaware - Good understanding of reading blueprints and figuring of materials for each construction job bid on. - Oversaw the daily operations of a jobsite with 45 subcontractors and six employees - Daily contact with the corporate office - Weekly and monthly reports - Routed all work to each technician every morning and made sure all jobs where complete before close of business and within time frame - In the field quality control inspections - Invoicing and tracking of payments - Cable Data Base
