- Oversaw the operations of the Miami, Florida office - Instrumental in the start-up of the MDU Fiber rebuild project for AT&T - Hired all necessary office and construction personnel - Completed project bids - Developed and implemented all forms and paperwork for weekly billing and invoicing - Wrote policies and procedures to be used for weekly subcontractor billing and weekly company invoicing - Daily contact with Quality Control personnel - Reported daily to AT&T with project updates - Attended weekly project meetings with AT&T - Designed routing prints for the wiring of MDU’s - Walked out building prints prior to construction - Developed redesigns for electrical and fiber feeds if necessary - Followed all federal, state and local codes and laws - Reported daily and weekly to the corporate office - Oversaw the Houston Texas office - Managed the cable installation and collections personnel - Contacted the cable office daily - Started and oversaw the operations of the DBS Division-Aeroview - Streamlined the Aeroview operations - Provided consultation on the opening of several new DBS offices in South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana - Reported daily and weekly to the CEO and Operations Manager
