Daily Duties at Plc Charter Schools:

 Instruct students in skills, knowledge, behavior and values as specified by state and federal statutes and the school curriculum  Develop and implement language arts and science curriculum based on state standards  Create and implement weekly lesson plans using a variety of instructional materials and techniques.  Evaluate students’ growth in skills, knowledge, behavior and values; keep appropriate records and reports progress to parents through conferences, mid-quarter and quarterly reports and other school-approved procedures  Identify student needs on a regular basis  Create an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers  Monitor and maintain accurate and complete classroom and student records as required by state and federal statutes and school policy
