Daily Duties at Optimum Solutions, Inc.:
Duties involved fielding client inquiries on the company's software, which addressed H.R., Payroll plus Time & Attendance needs. Ran queries & investigated issues ranging from G.L. to Benefit Codes to Employee Enrollment issues...plus other payroll needs. Worked with the company's implementations specialists addressing initial software set up, as well as test run questions from both new & existing clients. Participated in Go-to-Meetings (via Outlook) on a daily basis, working with the client's own database. Relayed to development staff any software program issues and provided resolutions back to clients in a timely manner (via scripts, etc.). It is important to note that I was laid-off from this position due to budget constraints & economic factors (top references are available upon request).
