Daily Duties at Family Victory Fellowship:
• Manage and plan events (including planning, budgets, deliverables, training, staffing, and lessons learned) • Assist with the preparation, review, monitoring, approval and management of company’s annual budget. • Assist with budget management of all events and special projects. • Oversee the performance of administrative and leadership activities. • Prepare executive meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and minutes. • Create policies, processes, and procedures to increase level of effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization. • Coordinate training events and opportunities for staff development. • Provide motivation leadership and teamwork training to senior leadership, 25 department leaders and over 200 volunteer staff. • Facilitate effective oral and written communication among all personnel associated with projects, planning and events. • Launch strategic plans for volunteer involvement and membership retention. • Meet with local community organizations and leaders to develop partnerships to assist with community endeavors and meet individual family needs.
