Daily Duties at Munters Corporation:

Directed the overall operations of this $36 Million agriculture ventilation business with 9 direct reports and 11 indirect sales personnel (US) as well as a 3 memeber product development team. Maintained full P&L responsibility and oversight of HR, finance, IT, production< purchasing, engineering, sales/marketing, field service, and the water treatment business. additionally responsible for agriculture sales of the Mexico and Brazil based sales teams. Served as a memeber of the Global AGHORT Manaagement team responsible for creating the strategy and direction of Munters Corporations' (a $1-billion Sweden-based company) climate offerings in the agriculutre and horticulture markets. Played a key role in the successful transition of the Aerotech Company from a family-run business to a part of the Munters Corporation.
