Daily Duties at Metlife:
•Collaborated in a specialized call group(Handle inbound/outbound calls) regarding inquiries on MetLife GA products, commissions structure, and processing procedures • Review and Input new applications in the system. Assist with forms acquisition and completion. • Responsible for the end-to end process of commission inquiries from the receipt to resolution • Execute call group functions; attend phone calls from Met/NEF/ GAF and WSS Agents • Provide agent commission rates for commission calculation and record in spreadsheets • Strong use of customer service skills • Collaborate with revenue team and record checks into spreadsheets (Account Receivable) • Reconcile checks with the statements and resolved discrepancies. • Retrieve e-statements of different carriers from the website • Interact closely with New Business associates. Prepared all policies receipts, amendments and illustrations for imaging • Create electronic version of product codes for entire comp unit • Maintained knowledge of all Met Products. Exceeded the speed and quality goals for each task function
