Pre and Post Sales support using secure encrypted Internet products and mainframe channel extension products. Project Team Manager for critical accounts. Directed Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing for high speed LAN/WAN computer networks. Documented, analyzed and resolved client inquiries and issues. Prompt on follow up and follow through.
