Was company’s first Field SE. In this startup environment, I supported Sales Reps in Pre and Post Sales OEM and System Integrator relationships for connectivity using Storage Area Network Fabrics. Setup Proof of Concept demonstrations of highly available, redundant and fault tolerant solutions. Worked with HBA vendors on interoperability in heterogeneous OS and storage issues. Provided escalation of primary and secondary business problems to executive team. Worked closely with Marketing on evangelistic missions and tradeshows. Provided instructional on-site product training, both in prepared and impromptu settings. Taught SAN Architecture. Developed Presentations. Participated in all stages of the sales cycle. 99% travel both Domestic and Global.
