Recruited and managed Technical Sales Team of eleven direct reports for Central US. Managed client relationships up to CTO level. Supported Marketing in trade shows, user groups, and seminar opportunities. Involved in every aspect of corporate and field sales/service arenas. Ensured regional sales objectives were met through SE scheduling. Transitioned Post Sales roles to newly formed Call Center. Administered performance appraisals, salary, and account management compensation programs. Coached, trained, assisted, and in general helped all account management personnel as necessary. Prepared and met yearly budget. No surprises management. 99% travel.
