-Supported facilitators with focus groups for numerous state, federal, and non-profit agencies -Executed qualitative themes analysis of open-ended survey responses for research reports -Prepared training materials, set up computer equipment, and assisted with the operation of Managing for Results, a state-wide training program -Conducted reviews of best practices research, collected primary and secondary data, entered and analyzed data, and prepared graphs and charts in Word, Excel, and SPSS -Contributed to workforce planning project for Maryland State Highway Administration by collecting, analyzing, and presenting findings from 50 state transportation departments -Updated salary comparison analysis for Maryland State Highway Administration by collecting, analyzing, and presenting findings from 50 state transportation departments -Coordinated survey venture for Department of Mental Health and Hygiene, which involved survey distribution, tracking, and project management
