Daily Duties at Pitney Bowes Facsimile Systems/Imagistics :
•Provided daily technical support to Pitney Bowes customers, the Pitney Bowes National Diagnostic Center U.S.A, Pitney Bowes Marketing, service and sales representatives in the U.S.A., Canada, U.K., and Australia. •Tested, duplicated and documented software and hardware design problems and forwarded them to engineering or an OEM engineering group for resolution. •Daily interfacing with engineering, product development, reconditioning, administrative departments and OEM(s) Brother International, Muratec and Matsushita Graphics Communications Systems (MGCS). •Service training included installation, operation, disassembly, troubleshooting and repair. •Produced product service and sales resources including service and parts manuals, technical bulletins and training videos.
