Daily Duties at Cincom Systems:
As a Marketing Technical Representative, I was responsible for customer accounts in upstate New York related to their software needs in the areas of network management, relational data base management systems, micro-mainframe connections, fourth generation language, and integrated financial and manufacturing systems. In addition, I coordinated training and technical resources on behalf of my clients and administered technical support in pre/post sales environments.
