•Accountable for global technical support worldwide for Pitney Bowes’ DI900 Series Tabletop Inserter. •Responsible for DI900 Series launch that includes systems repair and testing, product evaluation, creating service materials and providing instruction. •Main point of contact for global technical support worldwide for Pitney Bowes’ Ink Jet Addressing Printers. •Selected to handle all escalated service issues on both DI900 and Addressing Printer product lines. •Daily interfacing with engineering, product development and system testing groups.
