Built, deployed and delivered an entire corporate Employee, Customer and Partner Sales-Product-Tech-Market Training program/process for Sales, customer acquisition, retention, business development that facilitated management of 600 partners, added 100 new partners Training empowered sales, tech and customers, channel partners to sell, design, implement, deploy and use a new Technical/software/hardware product and solution. • Created, Built, Delivered, Managed the entire Training program and training for New Market leadership, Training-Dealer-Customer Development program • Created and Managed a Partner Program for Customer, Employee, Dealers • Built the entire VAR-Dealer-Channel sales and tech support tool kit program resulting in 200 plus members and productive dealers Result: Changed directions, comfort, skills for company, partners, customers achieving: • 300% increase in per sale average • 1500 new customer program adoptions within one year nationally • From zero, within a 3 months time frame, added-trained 100 new revenue producing Partners nationwide, including implementation and tech certification in the program and products From scratch grew $2 million in new revenue from a new 75 branch National Account partner • 45 new end user solutions sold in 4 months through people who had never deployed any program solutions similar to my offering
