Daily Duties at Fidelity Investments:
As a Senior Software Engineer, I worked as a member of the FSAT team which supports the system acceptance test environments. We provide an online and batch test platform for brokerage application testers to do final testing in an environment that closely replicates the production environment. This position focused exclusively on testing application functionality in a stand alone environment. As a Principal Systems Programmer, I was responsible for the support of CICS and MQ in a large high volume environment. My primary responsibilities included CICS and MQ table maintenance, CICS and MQ problem determination using IPCS, and CICS and MQ maintenance using SMPE. Additional responsibilities include supporting subordinate application systems of Abend-Aid, Recovery Plus, CAFC, Table Base, TMON, Intertest, and VSHARE.
