Daily Duties at Aaa Galvanizing:
Recruited by AAA to design the Hamilton Plant, a $4.7 million project, utilizing Lean manufacturing flow techniques. Acted as liaison between on-site construction managers, equipment builders and owners. Developed and wrote equipment specifications, performance requirements, cost analyses and proposal for integrating equipment, such as automation, controllers and programmable controllers into manufacturing process. Developed and adapted company procedure manual detailing job descriptions, safety, training, preventative maintenance, chemical testing and process changes. Established and executed recruiting process including candidate selection, interviewing and staffing of the full facility.
