 Joined A-Plus, reorganizing and coaching the workforce to establish a positive safety, quality, delivery and cost foundation.  Trained and managed several line supervisors and created operational guidelines while implementing a safety culture resulting in yearly decreases of recordable accidents by 85%.  Directed and maintained daily plant operations to meet plant metrics and customer requirements.  Established ISO practices and was ISO 9001 certified in eight months.  Studied physical characteristics for manufacturing purposes to determine compliance with manufacturing specifications and standards.  Orchestrated plant Lean Steering Committee and identified Lean management opportunities.  Maintained positive employee relations through process improvements.
