Daily Duties at Ge Capital Its:
A company division responsible for On-Site maintenance of computer hardware and software roll-out. Provide consulting services to large and small corporate clients who require Hot Spares for Desktop and Servers, On-Site inventory, OS upgrade implementation and custom software image loading. Successfully implemented a Quality of Service reporting system for converting Mainframe csv data into Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation format. Personally responsible for a team of up to 12 technicians at any one site including Marriott HQ and Chevy Chase Bank. Invaluable to clients by maintaining a simple philosophy of (1) analyzing business processes and client needs (2) offering enterprise solutions by leveraging technology.
