Responsible for leading the team that established the configuration control board and engineering data section group in the company. Responsibilities included, establishing department policies and procedures to comply with MIL-Q-9858A, preparing service bulletins and overhaul / maintenance manuals, updating department Integrated Logistical Support Procedure and served as liaison between product support division and airline customers for product repair and overhaul. • Instituted and implemented company drawing change and release control procedure saving 28% in scrap. • Conducted reliability and maintainability study on Boeing 737-300, 757, and 767 thrust reversal systems, which resulted in a contract from Boeing Company.Engaged in the design of hydraulic and pneumatic components which included solenoid control valves and electro hydraulic actuators utilized in the aerospace and commercial industry. Provided all aspects of design which included the layout diagrams, detail drawings as well as the design analysis report. Performed maintainability and reliability studies for the new product design. Prepared functional test procedures and reports. Conducted qualification testing on the hydraulic thrust reversal system for the Boeing 737-300 and 757 aircraft.
