Daily Duties at Aim Technologies:
• Maintain the Email and LAN systems for Fidelity Investments in Marlborough, MA. • Email/LAN Administrator responsibilities: • Creation of NT, NetWare and Exchange user accounts • Creation & Maintenance of Distribution lists and Public Folders • Installation and building of different classes of Compaq Proliant Servers • Creation & Maintenance of custom Outlook forms • Tested different software packages and patches before it was placed into production • Primary Email contact for 4,500 users • Remote Email Administrator responsibilities: • Responsible for 200 Remote users • Configured Remote Mail Access • Obtained proper licenses for these users • Creation & maintenance of Electronic forms • Technical Lead for Outlook Migration of 2,000 users from MS Mail 3.5 to MS Exchange • Technical Lead for Outlook Migration of 200 Remote Mail users to Remote Outlook • Trained Remote Mail users on Remote Outlook • Second Level support for Customer Service Help Desk for Email and LAN issues
