• Maintained NT network consisting of 107 users and 8 servers (2 in a WAN environment) • Inventory Control Manager with responsibilities for: • Build and Maintain vendor contacts • IT Inventory, i.e. configure, order, and deploy new pc’s, printers, tapes, etc.. • Asset Management • Installation of a Maxtor NAS device • Mentor/Manage Junior technical staff • Configured and maintained Veritas Backup Exec for entire network • Installed HP Surestore 2/20 DLT Library on Backup Server • Configured Microsoft Exchange 5.5 server with Outlook Web Access capabilities and multiple email domains. • Installed, configured, and modified Outlook Web Access • Used IIS 4 to host 2 additional web sites • Managed network remotely via pcAnywhere • Installed Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition • Troubleshot network-related issues • Project Lead for Windows 2000 Migration responsibilities: • Installation of Windows 2000 Professional on Workstations • Installation of Windows 2000 Advanced Server on Dell Server • Configuration of IIS 5.0 on Microsoft Exchange Server • Installed Windows 2000 Forest Controller with Active Directory
