Daily Duties at Jenny Craig Franchise (Lor J Inc):
Complete daily outcomes for the employees in the center, work hand in hand with the Clients to make sure they are getting the services they needed. Also handle the money that comes into the center and make daily deposits to the bank, keep all of the records daily, run credit card reports, and track all of the monetary information dialy. Also, conduct weekly staff meetings with the employees, and monthly performance appraisals with the employees, and yearly perfomance appraisals to track the work they have accomplished and work on particular aspects that need to be improved. Conduct bi-weekly food orders and weekly inventory counts. I work hand in hand with the franchisee to ensure that the programs and specials are being used properly; and receive feedback from the franchisee and the corporate centers to make my management skills more precise.
