Daily Duties at Phoenix Mecano Inc.:
Managed all logistics and customs issues for delivery of oversize factory equipment. Led a team of 4 purchasing agents. Inventory ( over 6,000 electrical components ) management to optimize customer service levels whilst minimizing capital invested. Development and implementation of strategic plans that support company-wide objectives. RESULT - Designed and implemented logistics schemes which results in significant decrease of logistics expenses and increases the accuracy of deliveries. - Standardized and classified over 6,000 items as per HTS including screening and auditing for compliance with CBP and TSA.
