•Arranged extensive International travel and promptly processed expense reports, converting foreign money at current exchange rate when necessary. •Proactively act as first line of contact for VP, monitoring calls, email and employee contact. •Prepared and maintained extensive organization charts. •Meticulously researched, designed and prepared presentations for staff meetings. Note taking for all staff meetings, ensure follow- up of all actions items and distributed notes to all attendees. •Composed letters, memos and agendas. •Supported entire Human resources department involving maintaining and researching high level confidential information of all employees within Sony, Inc.
