Daily Duties at Fed Ex Freight:
Resolved day-to-day administrative and pricing analysis problems, including auditing customer accounts, effectively establish, maintain reports. Composed, edited reports and prepared a range of documents. •Scheduled travel for Managing Director of Pricing and all Managers in the pricing department. •Orchestrated multiple employee station moves, involving logistics and coordination with IT and other management teams organizing a seamless transition. •Coordinated all supply ordering and efficiently assisted 3 pricing groups, entailing reports, group meeting preparation, provided presentations and all other time sensitive requests. Competently managed multiple projects requiring detail and accuracy. . •Objectively screened phone calls and responded acted as necessary, monitored email and messages to communicate any critical issues to the Vice President to ensure immediate handling. •Managed calendar for the Marketing Vice President and Marketing Managing Director, which also included extensive travel and accommodations, intricate itinerary plans and expense reports submitted in a timely manner. Demonstrated dedication to detail and accurate travel planning. •Generated graphs, charts and presentation material as needed. Prepared and maintained organization chart for several departments. •Planned and coordinated all marketing and pricing department functions and meetings. Prepared marketing collateral and packets for meetings. •Composed and distribute inter-departmental memorandums (e-mail, documentary and voice) ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality.
