Prepared and maintained organization chart for several departments. •Planned and coordinated all marketing and pricing department functions and meetings. Prepared marketing collateral and packets for meetings. •Composed and distribute inter-departmental memorandums (e-mail, documentary and voice) ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality.
