Daily Duties at Johnson Controls:
QA and update entire staff personnel in-processing applications Update HR selected documents for upcoming year Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting Update of employee files to include Absentee Calendars, and Vacation Calendars in Lotus Notes Create documents and Templates to improve HR processes Create and file documents Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and program related to benefits to employees Managed Lotus Notes HR database for HR. Schedule applicants for interviews Completed all research analysis for HR Purchase office supplies All administrative tasks assigned Assist with Mapping Enter Remedy for the facility problems Answer all incoming Customer service calls, Filing and sorting daily mail. Used Maximo System to generate PO’s for accounting Assist employees in gathering facts and evidence to establish eligibility for benefit Used state-of-the-art computer technology to access and update information
