Set up and managed all phases of the residential property rental process. Advertised vacancies, negotiated leases, managed property maintenance and remodels, evictions, bookkeeping and taxes. Drafted and filed all FED proceedings documents. Successfully increased client’s credit rating 150 points by renegotiating leases and revising collection procedures.
