Managed the daily operations of the ACOG Personnel Administration staff of 10 employees, responsible for facilitating all human resource activity to include staffing, employment, records management, benefits administration and employee terminations. Assured adherence to all aspects of the personnel policy and standing operating procedures for the selection of staff to include the vacancy announcements; pre-employment screening, background checks, new employee orientation and employment processing. Coordinated authorized relocations of new employee to include transition directives as required. Established and maintained effective broker and vendor relations to ensure maximum effectiveness in program administration.
