Daily Duties at The Atlanta Journal Constitution:

Lead the development and implementation of processes and business solutions to increase the effectiveness of the Employee Service Center  Managed a team of associates (6) whose function is to resolve client issues that are complex in scope regarding Hire-to-Retire processes  Designed, implemented and maintained processes to drive excellent customer service and efficient transaction processing  Worked with HR leadership and other business partners to identify and resolve business issues that impact customer satisfaction
