Daily Duties at Nchs:
Executed and monitored all HR related programs, process and policies within the organization. Developed compliant job descriptions, competitive compensation/bonus programs, and performance review metrics. JCAHO responsible for procedure/policy development, implementation and compliance. Participated in the Executive and Management Committee meetings to provide an HR perspective to discussions of issues and problems facing the organization. Managed and monitored strategic planning, design, communication, implementation, and administration of human resource programs to meet corporate goals. Managed Payroll Department. EHS/Safety/OSHA compliance responsible for each location to include Workers Compensation Management.
