Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Human Resources Management responsible for 7 facilities, 3 states, 1,400 employees. Partner with Site Executives of each business unit to provide proactive, seamless and strategic HR support for the needs of the business. Implemented/Monitored corporate policies in compensation, training, benefits, discipline conflict resolution. Implemented HR metrics that provided comprehensive method for valuing the contributions of organization and staff. Lead facilitator for General Orientation and management training programs covering topics such as coaching, counseling, performance evaluation, and other managerial and employee training needs. EHS/Safety/OSHA compliance responsible for facility(s) and Workers Compensation Management. Designed and managed competitive compensation and bonus programs for technical, direct/indirect labor including incentive plans. Benefit Administrator for Health Benefits (self insured and standard plans), 401K, STD, LTD, EAP, and other company provided employee benefits. Also managed Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Flex Spending, Workers Compensation (Claims and RTW programs). EEO/AAP compliance/reporting requirements and audit preparation/oversight. Directed conflict management, grievance protocol and investigation processes.
