Following implementation, sales doubled within a two-year period. • Opened new accounts and markets, created new applications and improved customer satisfaction. This led to a $1.0 million increase in sales volume, compared to zero growth in other territories. • Developed six key accounts to their maximum potential. Activities necessary to achieve increases of 300% at two accounts and 200% at the other four accounts included: . Evaluating strategies, strengths and weaknesses of direct and indirect competition. . Determining market characteristics. Studying opportunities for the development of new products, services and markets. . Obtaining and analyzing customer reaction and preference. Investigating opportunities to develop new markets. . Developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan. • Strengthened the organization''s position in the marketplace by converting two large customers, including their offshore facilities, to exclusive users of the company''s products. This was accomplished by creating marketing and customer sales and service support network which: . Created new applications for the company''s products. . Improved the organization''s response time to customer questions. . Increased customer satisfaction • Increased business volume by 150% during a period in which the company''s average increase was only 40%. • Winner of the SALESMAN OF THE YEAR and HIGHEST BUSINESS GROWTH awards.
