Daily Duties at Westfield Insurance:
My tasks included wrapping up laptops, pc's, monitors, keyboards, glass plaques, agency mail and so on for Fed Ex and UPS shipping. I also delivered within the main building incoming UPS, Fed Ex and DHL packages, copy paper, moving boxes and various other items. I trained three employees on how to operate and process packages through the Fed Ex and UPS shipping systems. I created a manual on how to operate the Fed Ex and UPS systems if they had any questions. I created a log of incoming and outgong packages for budgeting forecasts.
