Daily Duties at Pall Aerospace Corp:

Reporting to the V.P. Engineering, completely responsible, including P & L of hydro-mechanical design group as a business unit. As a group manager directed the efforts of a technical design team consisting of 13 professionals that include managers, engineers, analysts, and designers. Established and maintained program schedules and budgets to ensure product was delivered on-time and within budget. My experience has given me an extensive knowledge in all aspect of aerospace standards and design specifications. • Integral part of the marketing strategy to interface with customer engineering to develop technical solutions and requirements for aircraft hydraulic, lubrication and fuel system and components. • Managed the design engineering effort of many complex components such as integrated filter manifolds, directional control, and shutoff, valves for both military and commercial aircraft from specification to qualified / certification of products. • Directed and oversaw the development and training of engineering staff to meet department goals and objectives. Established EOP and processes to comply with ISO requirements.
