Daily Duties at Comcast Cable:
Support Vice President of Operations, as necessary Travel arrangements, expense reports and maintain calendar Author communications to staff members Assist with building management Purchase office supplies Compose meeting minutes Coordinate/plan employee events Assist in recruitment and interviewing of employee candidates for hiring purposes Ensure background checks are completed Maintain all employee files Assist in the preparation and delivery of offers of employment Supported new hire process within the office for equipment issuance and system access Serve as a contact for employees and assist in resolving benefit- related issues Assist with preparation of yearly performance reviews Preparation and presentation of new employee orientation material Assist employees with STD, Workers Compensation, FMLA, and cobra Process payroll for 200 employees Track attendance Manage Nextel phone account (approximately 120 units) Handle special project as assigned
