Daily Duties at Hboc :
HBOC purchased NHES and I was moved into the role of managing the Telephone Triage Call Center. I was responsible for the leadership and direction of staff, winning the organizational award for the reduction of operational cost by 3/4 M over a one-year period. · Fiscal responsibility · Support Sales process · Implemented reorganization that resulted increased profitability and increased efficiencies in services delivered. · Implemented a CQI program, which demonstrated the value of service delivery and continually monitored and improved the services delivered. · Consultation with the IT department in software platform design for triage software design.
