Daily Duties at Emivest Aerospace Corp. :

Senior Technical Staff Engineer (Aircraft Systems Expert) / Project Manager Directed the design and FAA certification of the hydraulic power generation system for the SJ30 business jet. • Responsible for the full aircraft hydraulic system including landing gear, slats, speed brakes, nose wheel steering, and hydraulic power generation. • Initiated efforts to improve overall hydraulic system reliability and performance. • Certification of the SJ30 mechanical system included component qualification, testing and developed documentation plans for compliance with applicable FAA and foreign regulatory requirements. • Design included verification, validation against FAA, SAE and military specifications including DO-160. Project Manager Managed the development, implementation, and FAA certification of all of the SJ30 business jet interior. • Established a certification plan for demonstrating compliance with applicable FAA regulations. • Manage project teams for testing, integration, and installation of a new interior configuration. • Coordinated all activities with external vendors, internal customers, and the FAA.
