Daily Duties at Mckesson Asia – Pacific:
I was responsible for conducting business analysis and program/project evaluation to identify areas for improvement. During my 3 years in this position I was able to demonstrate increased productivity, and manage cost effectively while exceeding client expectations. I worked very closely with clients to facilitate that we meet and exceeded their expectations. As our service deliver depends on our staff I worked with Human Resources to implement a management-training program for middle managers, along with implementation of initiatives to reduce attrition, which resulted in a 13% reduction.
