Daily Duties at Connextions Health:
The company was working on taking their call center capabilities working with business outside of healthcare. As Sr. Director my responsibilities was to develop a team who could provide services within healthcare. companies’ clinical software for population management programs (immunization reminders, HRA, Disease Management), which included defining the look and feel, developing the content and the implementation process.
