Daily Duties at Teletech :

MADE SURE THAT THE MEMBERS AND NEW PROSPECTS WERE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF IF IT WAS A MEMBER I MADE SURE THEY NEW WHAT THE PLAN THEIR ON COVERS. I ALSO TOOK EFT PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND GAVE MONTHLY PREMIUM AND COPAY INFORMATION. IF IT WAS A NEW PROSPECT ON THE PHONE I MADE SURE TO ALWAYS GIVE ALL INFORMATION THEY NEEDED IN ORDER TO ENROLL IN OUR PLAN AND AFTER THEY WERE SATISFIED I MADE SURE AND TOOK THEIR APPLICATION AND ATTESTATION OVER THE PHONE IN A TIMELY AND COURTEOUS MANNER.
