Daily Duties at Rosewood At Providence, Llc:
Managed the construction of the 3 each 8-story high rise luxury condominum project. Directly oversaw the work of the general contractor construct the footing, foundations, core and shell of the building. Developed the interior package for selling to each of the unit owners. I established the budgets, schedules, confirmed estimates, scopes of work, issued subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders when required. I directly managed the interior framing, the MEP's and fireprotection, coordinated the inspections and once passed, insulated and closed up the walls. Coordinted the interior finishing subs and deliveries to complete the interiors of the units. Obtained the certificates of Occupancy for all of the towers and the respective units per towers.
