 Operations:  Supervised and lead pump operations crew to execute well integrity operations at the well site to meet client expectations and objectives of the chemical treatments. This involves job preparation, planning, execution, and post job evaluation.  Change and upgrade in operating procedures, equipment sizing and tools in Oil &Gas pumping operations. Creating post job audits, reviews, and action items towards QHSE standard goals.  Technical: Cell Leader  Provide clients with well integrity technical expertise and solutions to gas wells operations.  Formulate well integrity technical designs to address Gas Migration risk, and fluids contamination.  Promote the proper implementation of new technologies to address client needs with respect to cost.  Implement quality control into lab testing and chemicals blend sampling procedures.  Loss prevention team leader, root cause analysis, and active participation in the R&D input.
