Daily Duties at Linkstorm:

Technology leader within fast-paced, online advertising technology firm that provides cutting-edge, rich-media advertising solution. Drive development and guide engineering team, while hand-coding key components and providing architecture. • Built from the ground up a cutting-ege, rich media advertising delivery system with components including client-side advertisement rendering module, high-speed data distribution system, and advertisement-related logging and ETL / data warehouse / business intelligence software. • Guide technology initiatives including integrating with AOL’s advertising system and developing a technique for over-coming browser security constraints (for cross site scripting) within an advertising network context. • Designed new user interface that led to a patent application. • Worked with partner advertising networks and platforms to achieve certification; direct relationships include AOL, Yahoo, Atlas / aQuantive, DoubleClick, and AdConion. • Hired and managed eight person technology staff and various consultants. • Selected and managed vendors and ensured budgets; vendors include Gateway TechnoLabs, Mirror Image, Panther Express, The Planet, Rackspace, and DefinedLogic. • Oversaw growth of display ads system from thousands of advertising impressions to over 5 million per day.
