Daily Duties at Accuray, Inc.:
√ Primary responsibility for directing human capital functions of the corporation and aligning the capital with the business needs of the organization. • Provided direction and directives to the HR department staff (team of 12) in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, budget management ($3.5MM) & in achieving management initiatives. • Managed growth from 135 to 450 employees in a 2.5 year period which helped to build a strong organizational foundation (revenue growth from $22MM to $156MM). • Critical IPO team member in the successful transition from a private to a publicly traded company. • Collaborated with CEO/CFO to define the HR goals & objectives, strategic & tactical management planning. • Partnered with managers and executives to define staffing plans (233% growth company wide). • Developed recruiting and retention strategies that resulted in minimal turnover. • Senior level advisor and coach to business units/operations throughout organization. • Created vision for training programs which will help to continually improve productivity of employees. • HR Business Partner to the COO and Operations division.
