§ Provide engineering expertise for project management, scheduling, estimating and budgeting of all upgrades and additions to data center and office building environments as required to meet the needs of the company. § Part of the management team for the design and construction of a tier four data center and a 500K sq/ft office facility. § Part of management team, for the shut down and relocation of a back up data center facility to Kansas City fro New York. § Negotiated complex contracts for critical mechanical and electrical system for data centers in St. Louis and Kansas City, as well as Cleaning Services, Fulfillment Services, Mail Center Services. § Reviewed all department contracts to design, implement, and manage 43 Service Level Agreements for each Facilities department vendor in St. Louis and Kansas City areas to ensure contract adherence. § Partnered with Purchasing and Legal department for writing long-term, high dollar contracts and agreements for multi-location facility. § Designed Service Level Agreements for the Corporate Services department to use for all MasterCard vendors. § Generated cost saving initiative resulting in avoidance of over $350,000 in unnecessary workstation panel purchases. § Analyzed MasterCard’s printing needs resulting in savings of over $180,000 to MasterCard’s bottom line by using internal versus external printing services while improving delivery time and maintaining highest quality output. § Partnered with Purchasing Department to buy cleaning supplies from Office Supply Company versus using cleaning vendor, resulting in annual savings of $21,000. § Substantially improved cleaning services by focusing on staff development, mandatory training, daily communication with vendor management, and thorough weekly inspections of facility, which led to reducing cleaning service requests by 82 percent. § Designed, managed and implemented all MasterCard International’s interior construction, which allowed a strong partnership with the Telecommunication department, Purchasing department, Global Internal Technology department, Security department, Construction Contractors and Electrical Contractors.
