Daily Duties at Staff Works:
Primary voice of DexCom in Reimbursement Department. Provided customer service to all customers/patients and regional/national representatives of DexCom. Provided claim status updates and benefit investigation for customers of DexCom nationwide. Direct assistance to patients/customers in appealing insurance companies for nonpayment of continuous glucose monitoring devices stating investigational/experimental from insurance companies. Utilized Oracle, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
