Daily Duties at Harcros Chemical Group:
Chemical Operator-Make batches and retain sample,take to lab to conduct lab tests (checking PH,SG,color,and percentage EXT). Forklift Operator- Gather raw materials/scales/totes/drums for production of batch and transport finished product to warehouse for labeling and shipping Yarddog-drive semi to tankwagon, hook up and proceed to scalehouse, weigh in empty/full tankwagon and proceed to reactor/storage tank hook up hoses for loading/unloading, retain sample to lab and conduct lab testing on all incoming/outgoing products,After completion weigh tankwagon out ,park,tag and prepare for transportation.Using safty first for all actions while driving,loading/unloading testing making of batches using PPE and General awareness. 7/5/06 DOT HAZMAT TRAINING for general awanreness and DOT Security in accordance with 49CRF$172.704.
