Daily Duties at Timec :
Administrative support such as record keeping, filing, receptionist heavy phones, computer programs such as excell and word, organized work charts, data entry, & spread sheets. Assisted with payroll and time keeping. Meeting, screening & interviewing all employees & potential employees. Once hired processed all new hire paper work, processed drug/medical screening & organized all training requirements necessary for work. Assist with orientation and badging. All contractors employees working directly with the client as a liaison between our employees and the client. Assisted with bennefits and conducted research for company complaints and union greivences. Major experience with recruiting & man power for extremely large turn arounds working out on the refinery site with the site managers and field employees.
