Daily Duties at Lala Foods Inc. :
Led and managed the development and implementation of all brand marketing plans and objectives. Worked with cross-functional teams including, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Creative Services and External Agencies to Expand LALA portfolio to US market. • Created the development and led the implementation of Marketing Plans and overall brand strategy. • Managed sales and marketing objectives in various product categories and led execution of marketing and sales activities. • Established and developed vendor and agency relationships and international marketing process. • Developed packaging design, sales materials, P.O.S. • Developed and managed budgets and contracts for Marketing plans (i.e. licensing, media campaigns, merchandising, promotions, packaging vendors and ongoing maintenance programs) Approx. $10 MM • Marketing Team – Developed and managed two Assistant Brand Managers and one Field Manager. • New product development management – Developed and executed innovation through new item development, updated product formulation with R&D, managed packaging development with Operations, and created launch strategies, merchandising, and sales support materials. • Maintained current product line with recommendations and execution for upgrading of packaging and formulas as well as phase-outs and portfolio consolidation.
